You upload your photos when you book, I message you on WhatsApp if I need anything, and you see a progress photo halfway and the finished portrait before I send it.

Your portrait travels flat in a board-backed envelope, by courier for R150 or to a pickup locker for R99.
Framed portraits stay in Knysna, because glass breaks in the post, so for Cape Town I send your portrait unframed and flat, ready for a framer near you.
